I bought new tires from Melvin’s and unfortunately for me I got a screw in one of them just a month after getting them. I brought my vehicle in to get a plug and I waited 3.5 hours after I had an appointment. Now fast forward 3 months later, I have a slow leak in the same tire and it’s coming from the plug. The manager told me that plug will never leak…I called today and they told me they had a two hour wait to fix it. Very professional staff
Always address my vehicle repairs properly and professionally. Very pleasant staff that are always willing to assist in any way that they can.
So many hours away from home on a Sunday morning with a bad tire which was losing air. They were beyond busy but Drew and his team found some time to fix my tire so we could make it back home safe and sound (and they did it quickly). I felt like family.
