While traveling to RI we got a flat tire! We picked up some sort of spike on the highway. Melvin got us right in and on our way for our mother daughter trip. So appreciative!!
Our car had very low pressure and we took it to Melvin’s. We were helped immediately and they identified a nail puncture. They were able to repair it quickly and offer a very reasonable cost for service. We appreciate the care and speed of service.
Brought my car in for a small leak in my tire. For one I bought these tires two months ago from them and they still charged me. They had my car all day for 7 hours to fix it and I had to keep calling to find out when I could pick it up. After all that woke up the next morning to that same tire being flat. Now I had to bring it back and tie up my whole weekend and on top of all that they aren’t going to reimburse me for any of the service they obviously did not complete yesterday. Do not go here.
