Used to be my goal to place for tires balancing and alignment. Unfortunately I'm the new management prices did go up.. Also all of the old crew has been replaced For Better or For Worse that's the question

I made the mistake of purchasing two new tires for the front of my car from a local tire dealer and suffered terrible vibrations at both low speed and highway speeds. The whole car would shake while driving. I brought the car back four times and they were unable to fix the problem. I was told that the new tires had flat spots on them, so they replaced the tires again. Still the problem occurred! I was then told that the rims were bent and needed to be replaced. I went to Melvins after work at 5 and they were able to change my tires right away before they closed at 6. Great service, very accommodating, thank you!

Every time I have gone to Melvin’s they do such a great job! Customer service is amazing and there is never an issue making an appointment. They never try to “over sell” anything, they are friendly and have always done a phenomenal job!
