Good tire deals. Fast service. Good staff.
Fixed a slow leak due to a nail in my tire.
I took my car to Melvin's for a state inspection. The employees were courteous and helpful, and the job was done quickly. I was then advised that my car had passed inspection, but that the mechanic had tested the brake fluid and found 4% water in it, which is a potentially hazardous condition. I was asked to approve a brake fluid flush for just over $100.00. I declined the service because I had just had that exact procedure done at my Subaru dealer four days earlier. Brought my Lexus by for brakes and tires , the front staff was amazing and very comforting and the mechanics were the same !! Great experience highly recommend !!!! I came back with Dunkin for them
Figure it was time to update this. Since Melvin’s has changed ownership this place has been terrible. I scheduled an appointment for today at 9 AM for an oil and filter change. By 1 PM I heard nothing and called. The person the line said they would get my car in and give an update in an hour. When I pressed for a reason behind the delay I got a snarky response starting with “the answer is simple.” Also, I was informed they can have unlimited appointments scheduled at any window.
