we had our old fuse box upgraded to a new breaker panel. since our house is pretty old, there were a few electrical code problems that needed to be fixed, but shawn and the team took care of everything and worked well with the inspectors. it was a big project, but their price was fair and they explained each step clearly. they showed up on time, were very polite, and acted professionally the whole time. i'd definitely call them again for any electrical work.

Oliver really went above and beyond helping me out today. My house in Richmond is a bit older, and he was very helpful explaining the wiring and gave me great advice on making everything safer. I would definitely call Melvin's Electric again for any electrical work. It's great to have such a knowledgeable electrician around.

I had an electrician come over three times to install light fixtures, repair an outlet, and set up a microwave. The price seemed fair, and the work was done really well. After finishing up, they even cleaned up all their mess. I found that texting them to set up appointments after the first call was the easiest and most convenient way for me.

I needed some ceiling fans and electrical switches replaced because they weren't installed right before we moved in. Oliver from Melvin's Electric was very responsive and got us scheduled quickly. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. We’ve already set up more electrical work with him. I definitely recommend!

Great experience with Melvin's Electric. shawn arrived right on time, was polite and very helpful. he fixed my wiring problem quickly and even installed my TV wall mount and set everything up. it really felt like he went above and beyond. i appreciate the quality service and would definitely recommend them.
