I hired Melvin T Morgan to do a repair that I thought was simple. I could have done it myself; however I thought let's just hire someone else to do it so I can take care of other responsibilities. The proposal looked great and it looked as if they were going to resolve the issue in a way that matched documents and videos I have seen online. The proposal stated the following: 1. Asked for estimate for patch and replace. Estimator came out November 17, looked at roof but never left the ladder or went inside house attic. Said he’d take measurements and send estimate. Never received. A month later (last week) I tried calling over 30 min period and got busy signal each time. Still no estimate.

These people are rip offs! Debbie one of the owner's is very unprofessional. Hanging up the phone on us becuase she doesn't want to hear the truth. They left the house a mess. They came to do the job while she wasnt home. They striped the roof and left it open to pouring down rain. Water started leaking into her living room causing the sheet rock to split. Ok they came back out to repair it, and there is a big bugle in her celing now. When we drove up they whole crew was sitting in the truck..what! Are you kidding me. Now th... read more
