I reached out to Brad about getting an area rug with urine stains cleaned, but after discussing it, I realized the cleaning cost was more than what we paid for the rug. Even though I decided not to move forward, Brad still shared helpful advice and recommended products I could try on my own. It’s great to see Melvin & Sons Carpet Cleaners go above and beyond to help, even when there’s no sale. Truly a class act in my experience.

i recently had an amazing experience with melvin & sons carpet cleaners. after dealing with many carpet cleaning companies over the years, this one is by far the best! the service was excellent. gary, who cleaned our carpets, was super friendly and paid close attention to every detail. another company had told me i needed to replace my carpets and even gave me contact info for someone else, but when i got an estimate here, they assured me new carpet wasn't necessary. after the cleaning, my carpets looked like new! i highly r... read more

My husband and I are so grateful for the carpet cleaning service! They did a fantastic job stretching our carpet. We had some big and old ripples from a previous bad installation, but they fixed everything. Damian and Gary were friendly, easy to talk to, and really cared about doing quality work. After finishing the job, they also took the time to share helpful tips for keeping our carpet in good shape. It was a great experience working with them!
