So I wasn't thrilled with Mr Cohen as he didn't seem like he knew a lot or cared much about what he was doing or helping me get the deductions I was owed, and as I didn't know much about it I just trusted him. He did the taxes quickly and I sent him a box from Zabars as a thank you which cost me about $200 and then couldn't get any info if he'd received it, just tracking said its left outside his door.
