What a great Dr.Lu is, he is so personal and I never wait long past my appointment time and the staff are just as professional as the doctor

Today this entitled doctor who is behind the times kept me waiting 75 minutes and I got PO’d and walked out saying I got tired of waiting. No apologies, no call saying they are sorry, no nothing. My experience with this office has never given the idea they can do the mohs procedure, prescriptions are manual, no electronic sending. I will never return and I’m sure he could care less.
I moved to NC. I have asked for my medical records and the refuse to give me my medical records. They will not return voice mails and emails. Unprofessional and disrespectful. They are also breaking the law with HIPAA
dr. lu is a very caring professional. staff equally caring and supportive. been a patient for 20+years. so thankful for his skill only issue ever has been a long-ish wait before being taking me back, a couple times
