I moved to NC. I have asked for my medical records and the refuse to give me my medical records. They will not return voice mails and emails. Unprofessional and disrespectful. They are also breaking the law with HIPAA
dr. lu is a very caring professional. staff equally caring and supportive. been a patient for 20+years. so thankful for his skill only issue ever has been a long-ish wait before being taking me back, a couple times

I have been a PT of Dr lu for several years.I have found him to be professional without being abrasive or rude He is solicitous of me and my general welfare as well as being an excellent dermatologist. While Dr Lu is decent, his staff is rude and unapologetic for their ineptitude. Office manager defended the staff instead of taking responsibility. Scheduling - NEVER less than a 30 minute wait. Today we left after 2.5 hours without seeing the doctor. When I arrived they said they tried to call. I pointed out I had no missed call on my cell phone and no message. The response was she did not leave a message because she had other things to do and then she forgot to try to call again because she was busy. This response was WRON... read more
