This guy responded almost immediately, showed up exactly when he said he was going to, gave an extremely fair quote and came back two days later on a Saturday to do the job. He came on time and stayed until the project was finished unlike other plumbers who act like they’re doing you a favour. A home depot verified plumber, based out of Windsor. What I liked about him is that he would diagnose the issue, create a step by step plan and execute it. Failsafe procedures are in place to address any bottlenecks. Reasonable pricing and a great attitude to leave the customer smiling.
