Liars and money grabbers! Part of the standard safety inspection I was charged for on my service included ‘checking condition and pressure of spare tire’ - with no findings reported. However my spare tire actually had a slashed side wall and was completely flat, because I swapped it out recently. When I disputed this with Melville Toyota and asked for a refund, they refused, but just offered to do the safety inspection again??? No way! Very very bad customers services, very rude, so disappointing I won’t go there to services my car!! Terrible Melville Toyota, shame on you!!! I won’t give my money anymore to this terrible services!!
The service staff at Melville Toyota are fantastic. All ways polight and friendly. They listen to you, not treat you as a number. And the new upgrade to the building is fantastic.
