Had an issue with the connection of my iPhone to my Rav 4 I just couldn’t get it connected no matter what I did it. Went to Melville Toyota and the customer service I received couldn’t have been better. The customer service officer was so helpful and obliging really, she was brilliant. I have just spent over $1300 on my car service on 17/7. I wasn’t happy with the woman who served me. She has no smile , she said something real fast and before I knew it the eftpos machine was in front of me asking for the money . She didn’t go through the service list done to my car like the others when I picked up my car.When I look through the list of job and asked question I felt I was bothering her for things she already had on the text. We bought a Rav 4 Dec 22 2023 Had to wait 2 years to get it. No1 2024 After a few months the car stopped dead. We didn’t realise the dash cam that Melville Toyota fitted had been turned on and left on. We called RAC roadside assist. RAC jump started the car. Checked the battery in the back. All ok. MT had the car to recharge battery. Lovely man from service division so helpful. No 2 2024 battery failure. Had driven around all morning. Parked car in driveway for 2 hours. Went to see GD concert and bring her home from school C... read more

If you want the worse experience in servicing your car and VERY poor customer service, you need to come here. Got my car checked last Friday, i told Zayla that ill pick it up on Saturday, she said to come before 12 noon. I walked from home to the centre by 11:30 only to find that THEY CLOSED. How can i not be upset if that happened on your weekend. I rang today nicely in the morning, spoke to Ella (very nice lady), explaining whats going on and how upset i was, she handle it really well and she said the service team will cal... read more
