I had a very disappointing experience with Toyota's service department. I told them to ordered a replacement side mirror, but the process was poorly handled from start to finish and there were long delays, very little communication, and I had to keep following up myself for updates. The staff couldn't provide a clear timeline, and the part didn’t order for my car than promised. I am still waiting for my parts to be order and fixed after buying a car more than 9 months. Poor customer service when i enquired about new floor matts, Was Told not available and didn't seem interested in helping, Then Called city toyota Newcastle Street, they were Happy to help and ordered same ones I had shown melville...
What an absolutely great place. We are travelling Aus and our car needed a service and a good check up. From the moment we walked in the door our consultant Bill was great. Nothing was a problem, or a stupid question. Our Car is checked in, they organised a lift back to where we were staying and a pick up. They have a barista lady for your coffee's or cold drinks. Absolutely a waste of time, money, and service. I took my 2019 Toyota Camry Hybrid to Toyota Melville because the climate control was only blowing cold air regardless of the temperature setting, there was a constant gurgling/sloshing sound behind the dashboard, and the engine had a very rough start once in day when the petrol engine started.
