The service staff at Melville Toyota are fantastic. All ways polight and friendly. They listen to you, not treat you as a number. And the new upgrade to the building is fantastic.
I received a Toyota Australia recall letter for my 2017 Toyota prado for a defective dpf filter and booked in to Melville Toyota to get the work done. I was told they would need the vehicle for a half day to clean the dpf filter and then order parts which would take no longer than two weeks to arrive. Five weeks later and several unanswered phone calls/messages left I’m starting to wonder if the job will ever get done. I understand there may be staffing shortages but it’s unprofessional to not even call back.
Just want to say the service team at Melville Toyota are all amazing especially penny . Very helpful and kept me informed. I also like the new way of communicating its great to see what's wrong with my car. Keep up the good work
Parts where helpful but service dependent rude as David and bill shocking customer service Update to response I had a great experience with the guy in the parts department. I approached the service desk on the left and stood there while three staff members simply looked at me. Then a lady who had just returned from the toilet helped but was rudely overruled by the guy next to her before listening to my experience at another dealership.
