One star is too much for this place of business. When I was inquiring about services Rose was responsive when I called to speak with her. Once I signed her agreement, she wouldn’t answer the phone. I left three messages with only an email response. I made it very clear that I needed to speak with her and that was my preferred method of contact. She made it very clear in her emails that she was too busy to return my phone call and she could call me in a week and a half. I could not pay her until I had all of my questions answ... read more
