We recently purchased a Renault Megane etech from Melville Renault. The whole experience, from test drive to pick up, was exceptional. Both Jayden and Shenol were always welcoming and wonderful to deal with. The day of collection was amazing, with a big red bow, bottles of wine, and a gift pack of Renault merchandise. Love the car, true European style and comfort.
Lousy service- had my car for a week- invented some bs story about the fault and didn’t fix it. Charged me a significant amount. Tried to rebook and they won’t even allow me to drop the car the day before ( I start work very early) Very poor service
Sales team get 5 stars however a recent appointment with service department to fit customised accessories rates 1 star. When I booked I was informed service dept would need my vehicle force hours. I booked in at 1230 hrs hoping to be away by 1430 hrs as I had a 136 km trip home and wanted to avoid peek hour Perth traffic. I arrived 15 mins prior to booking time.
