I would give zero stars if I could. Bought my Renault here and initially used them for servicing – overpriced with poor communication and customer service. On one occasion, I booked in to have sun visors replaced. When I collected the car, the service was done but not the visors, with no apology or explanation. More recently, I waited over 10 weeks for a replacement key after being told 4–6 weeks. I had to chase updates constantly, and the attitude from the service centre was dismissive, as if they couldn’t be bothered. Only... read more
