Not recommended for parts or services. Recently rang up for a valve clearance adjustment and the said with current staffing they couldn’t do it and recommended another dealership. Just bought a part from the parts department that isn’t compatible. Unable to speak to the parts department which is located in the ford dealership. Really bad service.
I do NOT recommend. They charge a lot of money for service and can't even be bothered to record service in the service book you provide them! You ask them for the cost of tow bar and they can't be bothered to confirm the cost - tell you to check yourself online - and there is nothing online. Honestly... what kind of service is this. You're much better off going to MORLEY.
Bought a New Triton GLS demo model from Melville Mitsubishi. Was a great experience. Eric Pablo was a pleasure to deal with, he was patient and never pushy like a lot of other dealership salesmen. Eric was very knowledgeable on the Triton package and we negotiated a good deal with a few extras. Also Thanks to Tavern who did the handover with us, nice guy who also knew his stuff. I would recommend this team to anyone looking to buy a new Mitsubishi vehicle.
