Bought my Mitsubishi in August and reported a fault weeks later. Melville Mitsubishi still charged me $90 for an inspection after first trying to bill $180... Completely against consumer law. Will now escalate to Mitsubishi Head Office and Consumer Protection WA. It seems I’m not alone. Other reviewers describe this service department as incompetent, careless, and dismissive of warranty rights… and my experience fits that pattern exactly.
The staff at the ordering stock dept are very helpful.
Picked up my new Triton from Tavern at Melville Mitsubishi today. I can’t fault his efforts. From ordering the ute, sorting the parts and picking it up even before schedule, his service was fantastic. Car was clean, parts fitted perfectly and process was easy and comfortable.
