I have taken my car to Melville Mitsubishi for 2 services (car previously serviced at Melville Mitsubishi by previous owner) On the first visit the only issue I had was a blue mark on the rear passenger door. After mentioning it to the service department, I was told that there is no way they could have done it and to try to remove it myself. My second visit to MM was on 19/3/26. My experience with Melville Mitsubishi during a warranty claim has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. My claim process began on 22/01/26 after bringing my car in due to jerking during acceleration. Following initial investigations, I was charged for a PCV hose, while the CVT transmission was submitted for a warranty claim. Left my Pajero there for a service and got offered a complementary service, got my car back with body full of grease marks, stains and scratches. E-mailed Mr Ryan McConnaughey on the 21 of February, got ONE reply and no follow ups. Got in touch with the Head office and got informed thats a recurring problem with Mitsubishi Melville. STAY AWAY FROM MITSUBISHI MELVILLE AND RYAN! Ps: Mitsubishi Head Office told me Ryan confirmed receiving my emais and will reply shortly. Its been 7 days.
