People like Mark and Melville are exactly why we moved to the County. He treated us like a neighbour from our first call, and was exceptionally prompt, kind, knowledgeable, and communicative. We greatly appreciated him checking in at night to make sure our house was cooling down after he made some fixes to our unit in the afternoon. We know for sure that we will go back to Mark and Melville for all of our HVAC needs.

Mark is super helpful, prompt and very clear and easy to communicate with. He took the time to explain the various options I was looking at when I needed to replace my hot water tank and had the replacement done within a couple of days.
