The staff were welcoming, professional, and explained the process clearly. The service was completed before time, and my car feels smooth and well-maintained.
I booked my service online the day before and it was super smooth. Alex was my service advisor and was very kind and transparent with the whole service and answered all my queries. Looking forward to getting my car serviced here next time :)
I've have my car serviced for 2 years at melville Hyundai. Plus a warranty repair, I've been happy with the welcome from both Hannah and Zoe always been able to get a loan car, all work has been done on time, The car has been washed and has been ready to pick up. The cars never had to go back to the workshop. What more could I ask for. I'll be back next service. Keep up the good work.
Much apologies for this way overdue but much deserved review for Melville Hyundai. Early this year, I experienced difficulty with the air-conditioner that turned out to be a compressor issue and several other major issues which Melville Hyundai under the guidance of Adrian helped with. Even though I was narrowly out of my warranty, they still completed all of the works at their own cost.
