I asked about transgender healthcare and the receptionist was incredibly rude to me, told me flat out the doctors will not do it, then accused me of claiming the doctors were homophobic and hung up on me. I will be reporting this to the The Equal Opportunity Commission WA
Went to this place for ages and never helped me with my problems! Not to mention extremely expensive - had a complaint that I tried to resolve and they just told me they would “tell the manager” but never heard from them again! The only good thing I would say is great receptionists!
