On the 19th of July my car was hit by an oncoming vehicle and was not drivable. Melville Bodyworks towed my car away and provided me with a loan car that same night. My car was ultimately deemed a write off. Melville Bodyworks and their team looked after the whole process with the insurers. They were always courteous and professional and made time to allay any concerns I may have had.
An all rounder place, takes care of everything from accident tow to back on the road, amazing family feel and customer service!
This auto repair shop is utterly disorganized, and I wasn’t planning to leave a review, but their service is unacceptable. To summarize, they took two months to repair my car and then, without prior notice, called me at 4 p.m., demanding I pick it up immediately.
