Melton's catered an event at my kids school andi I think it's one of the most authentic , tasty and actually seasoned correctly bbq I've ever had from any bbq place in Seattle . Brisket was fire
This is hands down the best BBQ I've had in all of Washington state, and maybe even in the top five I've had in my entire lifetime. My boyfriend and I got the brisket platter and pulled pork sandwich, and we did not need to. I'm glad that we did because they were both delicious, but this man loads you up. He absolutely does not skimp on the portions. I believe the pulled pork sandwich was $19 and the brisket was $21, and the sandwich came with one side and the brisket platter with two.
