Had them out to fix my furnace, they replaced my old unit with a smaller unit not fit for my house then within 4 days it quit working and upon contacting the offices they refuse to give me my invoice and continue to dodge my requests to have them come back and make it right. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS.
The service we received doesn't deserve a high rating primarily due to the manner in which the service provider spoke to me and my husband. He started by telling us he couldn't get the dishwasher out from under the cabinet and would have to leave without fixing it. The Melton's employee sat on the floor and watched my husband get his own tools and get the dishwasher out for him. Great service for many years.
They've been great. Installed my fridge and dishwasher with no issues. The blower motor went out in our AC. Melton's got a new blower installed the next day in no time. They even helped me out with installing my Nest thermostat.
