I highly recommend Melton's Heating and air. Shawn, Aden and Jona did a amazing job replacing our whole AC and heating unit Kevin was a honest estimator and very nice person
Called and talked to a lady for repair on both washer and dryer. Said she'd have a lady contact me to set up a appointment. Waited all day. No call.
They lost my business years ago. Perhaps the new owners will replace the guard dogs in the front office. I just wonder how many customers or potential future customers have walked out the front door because of the rudeness.
Melton's installed two full "heat pump" furnaces & a/c systems at our family property, and has done twice yearly "services" on the systems since the install. Two times after the yearly services, the upstairs units (heat and a/c) have malfunctioned after the tech has left -- on the first use of the equipment after the servicing each time. The scheduling is always a nightmare with Melton's. The office schedules an appointment with a 2-or-4 hour window, but the local service tech constantly leaves messages on the voicemail on N... read more
Two recent "needs", an oven and recently(more crucially!) our AC unit. Both handled great... quickly (as they could) and professionaly. Our go-to for needed repairs. (Glenda on the oven call; Daniel and Tucket on the critical AC fix)
