Staff at the front desk need to be more friendly. The gate has been open everyday except today. When approached at the front desk to ask for them to open the gate the staff very rudely said " well you need to let us know". That was exactly what I was doing; asking her to open the gate so that we could take our son for swimming.
Great swim teachers, however my son didn’t move up for many lessons. No progress and never at all touched base with me on what he needs to do to improve. Felt it was a waste of time. Then to cancel the direct debit, was a nightmare. They need a signature to cancel, however the form they sent you can’t sign it. So this went on for sometime and more direct debits came out. They have no compassion, I am sick and told them multiple times I can’t come down to sign the form. Again they send me an email to go down and sign the form... read more

My daughter was very hesitant and scared to jump in the swimming pool, her teacher Kaitlin was so patient in calming her, she is now always looking forward to her swimming classess. Thank you!
