My daughter and I were traveling through the area and stopped here to stretch our legs. The dam is alongside some beautiful scenery. The river is lovely and the trees are tall and fluffy. We wish we could've seen the dam activated but it was still pretty cool. We also saw butterflies and we're pretty sure we saw a beaver too.
