We worked with Melton on a major remodel of our cabin. Melton was very accurate in their estimate of what the project would cost - no surprises. Melton does a lot of pre-planning, so there were no delays from suppliers or subcontractors that delayed the project. I also appreciated their flexibility and routine communication. And they were very willing to work with some of our special needs and unusual building materials. I would definitely work with them again.
We just completed a main floor remodel which involved moving and expanding the kitchen (with a new island) and optimizing our overall floor plan. The Melton team (Richard, Ryan, Lauren and Matt) were creative, they listened well, and executed the final plan on time and on budget.
