True craftsmanship is rare to find in this sometimes cheap, throwaway society. I'm glad I took my family along to see Gerry while we were down south, though, and to have them make their own baubles. Gerry's studio is the stuff of dusty containers, huge fires, and well-sculpted glassware amidst an outside shed. It's not a racket, or a whizz-bang shopfront.
