I do not recommend the Melting Pot in Scranton to ANYONE! The service was horrible and wait staff and management are extremely rude! At the party I had there, myself and a family member were screamed at for starting to put confetti on the table. The waitress yelled its in your contract! which it wasn t and was also not mentioned at the meeting i had with the owner. I had no problem with not using the confetti, my problem was with the way I was approached about it. Our party was from 1230-330. My husband and the DJ were told ... read more
