I did love the service at first BUT I was really disappointed with how my appointment was handled. I reached out to reschedule because—let’s be real—WHAT GIRL LIKES TO BE WAXED DURING THE EARLY DAYS OF HER CYCLE. I expected a little understanding, but instead, I was still charged 50% of the service for calling 21 hours in advance to reschedule and NOT 24 before :( Mother Nature did not hit exactly 24 hours before my appointment . Love the cute studio. But always constantly having new estheticians. (They’re either always firing or quitting). They say it’s bad to keep changing estheticians because it causes Ingrowns so i stopped going here for that reason. I started getting them despite the amazing skincare regimen I was put on.
They fit me in on a Sunday and were so nice! Great prices!

I was nervous about getting my first Brazilian Wax, but Mysti was amazing! She made my experience easy and comfortable. She talked me through the process and was very gentle. The whole process took about 20 minutes and was not as painful as I was expecting.
