I absolutely love this place. It is the sweet treat pick me up my boss gets for the staff once a week and my family loves them also. But unfortunately today I found a long hair when I got halfway through my snow one so I think the workers should wear hair nets.

“Absolutely the best snow cones in town! The ice is incredibly soft and smooth, and they have a huge variety of flavors and toppings to choose from. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the experience even better. Everything was fresh, delicious, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend the strawberries and cream flavor. We’ll definitely be.
We love Melted and have been obsessed since they first opened. The girls are always so nice and I’ve never had to wait long. The flavors are AMAZING and they hook it up with the syrups and toppings. I did only give 4/5 stars because their ice has changed? Idk if the last few times have been a fluke but we loved how soft and fluffy the ice was and now it’s like crunchy shards. We really wish it would go back to the fluffy ice 😕
First time visit and I was not impressed. I ordered ONE snow cone and the team that was working was fixing random orders so the orders coming out weren't in order and resulted in me waiting about 15 mins plus for one snow cone. I had to let them know that I hadn't received my order and when I finally got it, it wasn't even correct. I don't like paying extra for toppings and not receiving them. I most likely won't return.
