I have not even yet had a physical experience with Melt and it's already been awful! My girlfriend got me a couples massage gift certificate for Valentine's Day. I was busy for a few weeks but began trying to contact the stupid around 04/17 to schedule. Their voice mail, which I got 4 times that day, says to schedule couples massages by calling or emailing.
