I love Melt Massage & Bodywork! I usually work with Cynthia and she is always so skilled at knowing where to work and providing a great level of pressure. She has helped me so much over many months on my neck, shoulders and upper body all of which get very tense from post concussion symptoms. She is also so knowledgeable about the body and has helped to loosen up many other areas as well as offer wisdom on exercises I can do at home. Will be back soon!
Had the most fantastic birthday massage with Marisol a few weeks back and am still thinking about it! She was very attentive to my needs, and particularly careful and communicative around pressure due to my unique medical needs. Best part is, it was just enough communication to feel heard/cared for while still enough zen out time I nearly fell asleep! Cynthia is a magical human. After a 60-minute massage, I feel like I had a 6-hour nap. I am taller with a much broader back, feeling calm and awake. I don’t know how she does it! Having my Melt membership ensures that I prioritize self care each month. Best purchase I’ve made!
