Cynthia was incredible!!! This massage was otherworldly. I’ve gotten a few massages at melt with different professionals and loved everyone, but I want to give Cynthia a special shoutout. I told all my friends to go to her. She really took her time, felt what I needed, and had magical healing hands. Her energy was calming right away; I felt so at ease. I’ll be back to see her, and for 90 minutes next time! She’s worth it!

I had a wonderful massage with Danielle. She has amazing technique and gages her pressure perfectly. She is very professional and was entirely present making it a very therapeutic session! I highly recommend her!
The customer service here is shockingly poor. There is no accountability, and the staff is completely unresponsive to genuine concerns. Very underwhelming experience overall.
Terrible management and a highly disorganized workflow. It was a frustrating experience from start to finish due to their lack of coordination and poor communication.
