The Melt food truck was absolutely fantastic! We booked the food truck for my husband's 40th birthday. John was wonderful to work with and responded to emails quickly. He was also able to answer any allergy concerns for a few guests with allergies. The food was amazing! Three weeks later and people are still talking about the grilled cheese sandwiches and French fries! The team was amazing. Had the Cubano at Honey Pot Orchard and it was pretty good. Almost did the fries till I saw the "fries cooked in beef tallow (no see oil)" sign. Maybe just make sure your vaccines are up to date before you order.
