I came in for the melt signature scalp treatment, using birthday gift money. The salon space is modern and inviting; I really hope they do well! However, the service seemed like something you would receive from a beginner, so maybe some more experience is necessary. My hair was rubbed continuously but barely my scalp at all and the arm massage was done with the service provider’s cold, shaky hands. I provided feedback to management afterward.

Tonight I had my first experience at melt. I started off my evening with a head spa with Jenna. The closest way I can describe this experience was a bunch of little angel babies dancing around my scalp healing all my damage. I know that might sound weird, but that’s literally how I felt most of the time. Afterwards, Natalia gave me a blowout and I have very naturally curly hair. I have never seen my hair look like this when it’s been straightened. I would definitely return to both of them again for services.

Lex at melt did my brows (lamination and color) I would 100% recommend her she did a great job and was very transparent about making sure i loved them and felt confident!
