Everyone was very nice and helped us through the experience. My problem was with the lack of follow up on orders placed. I ordered three remembrance urns for my grandchildren and did not check them immediately, which was my fault, however when I did check one of the urns was empty. I would think this would be a top priority. I was very disappointed. I would rate them a 3.7.

We used Melson Funeral Services for my Dad’s arrangements and they were excellent. They assisted us through the entire process and provided the needed direction with patience, grace and understanding. We could not be happier with how things went. We did my Dad proud, much to the credit of Melson Funeral Services.

The entire staff at Melsons were incredibly supportive and patient in helping my sister and family make arrangements after the untimely death of my brother in law last week. Doug and Mary went out of their way to listen and be available to all of us, no concern or question was too small. The entire staff at Melsons was fantastic and we thank you for making Rick's service exactly what my sister wanted.
