I called this shop to see about having a headlight and brake inspection done. I ignored the fact that the owner answers the phone with a barely audible, "Hello" instead of identifying his business. I thought I had called someone's home. Be that as it may, I stopped in to have my inspection done. The greeting from the owner when you walk in is as though he'd rather be doing something else.
