I’m extremely happy with Mel’s products and service. We had them install a new water softener system, pressure tank and water heater. Their pricing was way better than anyone else. They were able to get here for the installation within days. We just had an issue that was causing a water leak from the pressure tank. First of all, I have a well with pretty good water quality. I got four quotes for all kinds of softeners configurations. I then asked Mel's to come in. They understood exactly what I needed, didn't try and oversell unneeded equipment, gave me a quote that was significantly less than the others, and came in and installed the new pressure tank, basic filter, and softener four days after the quote was given. Ryan was awesome. Our water is now FANTASTIC! Highly recommended.

Matt came out and fixed up my old water softener. I like working with him. He communicates everything to me and gave me all my options. I would recommend these guys!
I was quoted a Kinetic system for $6,700 (non-electric, but they require maintenance) and then the single tank electric water softener by the same company for $5,400. Another company offered the electric, single tank system with reverse osmosis for $4,700 cash if we did it within 10 days. I called Mel's (who has been servicing my water softener for 16 years) and I got an electric, twin tank system (more efficient and just better all around) for less than half the price of the lowest quote with the same expectancy as the othe... read more
