Great service! They fixed my water softener under warranty quickly and professionally. Highly recommend Mel's Water.
We have been 100% satisfied with Mel’s Water, and we use them every 3 months for our water softener salt. When I call, they have our order saved on file and their delivery is usually within 1-2 days. Each bag is carried to our basement and they fill the tank up. Their pricing is extremely reasonable and we highly recommend them.
Be aware! They will not tell you upfront that for their rent to own program, 50% of ur payment goes to interest. They will sneak it in on the first invoice after it’s already installed and never mentioned it again until u catch on. This company is a CROOK.
I’m extremely happy with Mel’s products and service. We had them install a new water softener system, pressure tank and water heater. Their pricing was way better than anyone else. They were able to get here for the installation within days. We just had an issue that was causing a water leak from the pressure tank. First of all, I have a well with pretty good water quality. I got four quotes for all kinds of softeners configurations. I then asked Mel's to come in. They understood exactly what I needed, didn't try and oversell unneeded equipment, gave me a quote that was significantly less than the others, and came in and installed the new pressure tank, basic filter, and softener four days after the quote was given. Ryan was awesome. Our water is now FANTASTIC! Highly recommended.
