We were expecting company the day our pump went out (4 kids and 3 grandkids) Mel - bless his heart - showed up within the hour and had the pump replaced and the tank pumped before they got here. Doesn't get much better than that!
I dug up my tank lids and called, they gave me the drivers number Brad. I left a message Brad called me back and headed to my house. Mine was not a emergency just needed it done to show it had been pumped in the last 3 years for the county and state so i can add another septic system for a mobil home I'm putting on the property. Brad did a great job and showed me the root ball in the bottom of the tank so he found where it came in from which was from the incoming pipe. He choped it off. I was having problems with my main line to my septic tank backing up. Mel could not come out immediately but gave me assistance over the phone to prepare my tank for his arrival in which I needed to locate the baffle which happened to be buried five feet below the ground. Mel was running ahead of schedule and notified me that he could come to my residence to complete the job the same day. Mel & Bret provided superb service and answered all our questions. Excellent service: located the manhole about 12 inches beneath lawn, took care of business then took it all away :-) Provided material to extend the manhole for easy future access. Very pleasant man
