I have been friends with Mel since 2005. He has stored our pontoon and Lowe boat each year for us and that gives us peace of mind. We know he is fair and I have recommended him to my brother for his storage needs. Now we are dropping off 3 v-bottoms and a pontoon every fall. Keep up the good work Tim & Mel...
Decided to purchase a new pontoon boat this year and stopped to look at the Paragons that Mel had on display. Mel was exceptionally helpful and helped me get the custom layout I wanted on my boat. The transaction was painless and Mel personally delivered my new boat to me. I found a chip on the steering wheel and Mel had a new one for me in two days. (This was not Mel's fault. The best decision I ever made! My family and I were on Vacation and had boat engine problems. These guys were Great. Got me going in 1 day and saved Our Vacation. ( They went the extra mile for us......We were staying at a local campground here and figured we could maybe pick up the boat the next day if it was finished. But as we were getting ready for supper they came pulling in with it. )( And didn't charge for delivery!!)We had a GREAT time the rest of the week in Hayward.
