Our family has gone to them for years but after this experience we will NEVER give them service again. They are rude and think just because you’re younger then them you don’t know anything. They just want your money don’t waste your time or money here.
We had our pickup fixed by Mel's Inter-City. They did a fantastic job! We have never been treated better! They were quick with the repair and had it done when they said. I would encourage others to take their vehicles to them because they have great service and are very helpful. The estimate was right on the button. There were no extra bogus charges. The girls in the office are always super friendly and nice, even when they are really busy.
Mel's Intercity Colission is the place to AVOID if you are getting your car painted. Bad service, BAD job and what's worse, they don't care. We took our car in for a new paint job and they did not do the whole car... They offered to paint the spots they missed "if you want to leave it and pay more. These spots were not included in our estimate." What does paint the entire car mean???? Everything except these spots the really need it, then come back so I can charge more? Seems like $2,200 should be more than enough to do ever... read more
