I was in a pinch with the weather getting extremely cold after I change my water in my hot tub.When I filled it back Up the breaker kept tripping,I would unplug the pressure sensor and the pump would run.Called Mel’s and he came right out and found bad heater.Gave me the option to sell me one or he would do it.I bought the heater of him and did the repair.Great,Honest guy.A+
Mel was very knowledgeable and professional. We had a leak in our hot tub. He checked all obvious areas prone to leaking but found no problems. He finally found a small slit in the floor. He tried a couple of sealers and found one that would adhere to our (plastic)? finish and we are now enjoying our hot tub. We were very pleased with his work and dedication and would highly recommend his service to anyone. Thanks, Mel
Absolute best customer service. Moved into a new home 3 months ago. The jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom was constantly putting out black flakes. Mold I guess from no use and not proper cleaning. Called a few other places that I won’t name. Everyone I spoke with said “$1000 to clean” or did not answer. Mel picked up on the second ring of his phone. Spoke with me for about 20 minutes. Mels crew did a very good job at moving our hot tub from another location and took all measures to prevent any damage. I wpuld highly recommend them if you need your hot tub moved.
