Called Mel's at 5 pm on a Tuesday night. I explained what was happening, was quoted a price and they showed up within 40 minutes. They called before hand so I could put my dog up and they were incredibly fast. They diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within 30 minutes. They accept cash, check and bank/credit cards. Pricing was incredibly fair and reasonable especially for short notice service calls. The guys also offer a 30 day guarantee on their work. Waited 3 hours for an 8am appointment time. Didn't put down a tarp and stained my light carpet. Waited all day 2 days later for a non-specific appointment. The first appointment the driver didn't get out of the vehicle. The worker smelled of cigarette smoke. Touched equipment with bare hands that came out of the sewer line and didn't wash their hands. I would not recommend.
They are dependable and do a good job. Highly recommend. Very reasonable prices.
They came out for my sons floor drain, it was an emergency, got there in a very timely manner and upon arrival realized that it was not his drain, that it was coming from the street sewer. They helped to call the proper officials and did not even charge my son a service fee! Very nice & courteous - will definitely call them anytime we need them in the future!
