Towing thru insurance never showed after many calls ti them got rude excuses total time in side of highway over 4 hours ,insurance blacklisted them had diff tow company come in 12 mins said sitting on highway top priority ,dont even bother with them ur life is worth more ,check other reviews they stink ,,
Called Roadside Assistance for a tow before 10 pm. Mel's picked up the ticket to arrive within 60 minutes. At 1 am (over 3 hours later) they still hadn't shown up and weren't answering calls from myself or Roadside Assistance. I was not in a good area and am physically disabled. Had to leave car on side of road, call for a ride and find ride back the next day for another company to provide service. NEVER use them. They are not reliable and don't care about customers.
