They really did some five star service to my Mitsubishi Mirage (& shout out to the employee at Cory's Point S who recommended them), very good & professional work. So I'm guessing the bad reviews are the competition.
Fantastic experience with Wyatt from start to finish. The car looks great, like nothing ever happened. They made the process easy and it was seamless with State Farm Ins. Everybody I spoke with were always happy to take my call. The communication was clear, professional, and proactive, keeping me up to date. Turns out they were able to give me the option to bring the car in earlier than scheduled, so it got done early. Thomas at Mel's West was outstanding to work with. Professional, good communication and quick responses. Work was completed within the time frame estimated. Keeping Mel's in mind for anything needed in the future.
These guys were amazing, my running boards got partially pulled off while on vacation 16 hours away from home. And we pulled up they looked at it and had it fixed for us in like an hour. They were great to us and if I lived in the area I would use them again.
