Mel’s did a great job fixing our car after it was rear ended. Looked at everything and made sure any damage was properly taken care of. We dealt with Wyatt and he did a great job keeping us informed and updated through the process. I would recommend Wyatt and Mel’s to anyone.
The shop personnel were nice and helpful but the attention to detail was terrible. The parts were ordered incorrectly multiple times, which extended the repair work. I had an automatic door handle unlock sensor that wasn’t reconnected and I had to return to the shop. They fixed the issue only to have the plastic interior door panel not properly secured and it rattled, which I fixed myself. Both locations have great customer service and they have always done great work for me. They are very knowledgeable and helpful with all of your vehicle repairs! Wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else!
