I was traveling from Colorado w my daughter, My GF was in Matfield our Airbnb was in Cottonwood when the car died in Emporia at an intersection. Called lots of people in town. The tow service AND Walmart mechanic both suggested Mel's auto. They absolutely didn't have to help us at the time but they did, and i cant tell you how much it saved our trip and weekend! These guys were amazing. They got me back on the riad on a holiday week when they were fully booked. They saved my trip.
Took my sons car there because it wouldn't start, now the car won't turn off after it starts and won't even go into gear. First time I've taken a car to a shop that comes back in worse condition then it went in
As outdoorsy people, my husband and I were exploring the flint hills, something we don’t get to do often because we live two hours away. It was our way of celebrating our third anniversary. We didn’t realize we had an underlying issue with our vehicle and the rough terrain pushed it to the limit. Mel’s Auto was kind enough to squeeze us into their busy schedule and got us back on the road faster than we anticipated!
