Ashley was amazing she always makes sure I understand what is happening with my car and goes into detail while explaining everything, she’s also great at answering all my questions.
These guys are definitely where you need to take your vehicles people! They got us in for some ac issues, and this time of year, you really need it around here! With a very special thank you going out to Tyson!! He stayed overtime to complete the services out of the kindness of his heart!! DJ is absolutely fantastic he was very understanding, informative and helpful and got us back on the road all fixed up faster than I expected!! Thank you Mel's for taking great care of your customers and all you do!!
My elderly dad was traveling through town when his car broke down and was stranded. Mel's went out of their way to help him. Ashley was kind and patient with him when she didn't have to be. I would highly recommend them solely based on their integrity.
