Mel’s Auto was kind enough to squeeze us into their busy schedule and got us back on the road faster than we anticipated! Will not call back when car is done, got free work done on my car because they did extra work that did not solve my problem. Very rude and slow customer service. Will not give you a direct quote even when they have already done work. Had to give my phone number to them every single appointment.
