Although the care I received from my provider, Kelly St. Bernard, NP has been phenomenal (she is kind, explains things thoroughly, listens to the patient, and orders appropriate tests), I must give the office an overall rating of 3 for poor service of the administrative staff. May 2025. Easy location, easy check-in. I was hesitant to go because my very first mammo over 10yrs ago was incredibly painful but Lisa was very gentle and reassuring. Although uncomfortable I didn't shed any tears this time. I was in and out within 30min.

I’ve never been so inclined to write a bad review for a medical facility until now. I’ve waited for my ultrasound breast appointment that takes 15 minutes for about 2 hours. There was no prior notice from reception warning me of an extremely high wait time. I’ve been told a 2 hour wait time is just the “norm.” This is beyond unacceptable service.
