The buying process was extremely fast. The staff was very informative and friendly. I like that the community is nice and quiet.
Sending out notifications that we can no longer ride electric scooters on the grounds and that if a tree falls the park is not responsible for damages and we have to use our home owners insurance is not right. I didn't sign any policy change notice.
I really love being a part of the melrose community!! Mgmt was great helping me purchase my retirement home.The park is clean.quiet and we'll kept. Maintenance is always available. Everyone seems to have pride in their homes and look out for each other. But the best part...walking down to the pond in the evenings.
