They just want to get $50 per person application fee which is normal but for this place they just want it to take your money and more than likely you won’t get the place for no reason. They just weird. And they up rent before Christmas which is so cruel 🤣and the office lady’s are real bitchy and rude over the phone as well do what you will with this but plz don’t waste your time applying!!!!
Everyone made us feel welcome. They made sure we had plenty of opportunities to see the home we were interested in purchasing. We aways had a warm welcome even when we dropped in on short notice.
Mindy and Valerie were both helpful and accommodating.
Picked up coworker for work
This is the 3rd time over the years we've lived at Melrose Village. This time we purchased a home. Jeremy, Mindy and Val are all very easy going and easy to work with. If I had to move again for whatever reason I'd choose them again! Hopefully life has settled down and we now have our forever home!
