I love all the maintenance guys. They are great.
Today I called Melrose Village and experienced the worst customer service I have ever received. The woman would not give me her name. She was so rude and I was trying to get some information on the utility company there because I’m 14 hours away and our family member passed away and owns a trailer there. She was so rude and when I would try and ask anything she was hateful and then she hung up on me. I love my home. And I have great neighbors on each side & across from me. Mindy has been great , helping me set -up for the online lot rent & explaining things to me. My first weekend here, I had a sewer issue & the maintenance guys took care of it immediately !!! The maintanance guys plowed my driveway for me this winter when we had that huge snowfall. I greatly appreciate that !!! Everyone in the office have been wonderful to work with !!!
