The raise in rent every year doesn't help anyone on fixed income.
I love my home. And I have great neighbors on each side & across from me. Mindy has been great , helping me set -up for the online lot rent & explaining things to me. My first weekend here, I had a sewer issue & the maintenance guys took care of it immediately !!!
