We are AFFORDABLE, ALLOW BYO ALCOHOL for a nominal fee, ALLOW 3-day ACCESS and have recently upgraded with modern restrooms and a dedicated parking lot adjacent to the Party Barn. THIS IS A GREAT VENUE!

The worst experience I've ever had as a GUEST at a venue. David, Julie and their staff were very unprofessional. The "bartenders" and "security" were retired people complaining to the guest every chance they got. Julie, who was obviously drunk, approached another guest and I multiple times during the event yelling at us when we are not even the Host of the event! We had our daughters Quinceañera on July 2 and had an amazing experience! David and Julie were very attentive! They allowed us enough time to finalize our guest list. We were always able to communicate with them easily! Melrose Ranch was by far the best venue we could have chosen for our daughters special day … highly highly recommend! We look forward to hosting my sisters wedding in October!
