Melody and the team at MelRose have been taking care of me and members of our family for 20+ years now. Their service is excellent, the studio is pleasant and clean and their approach with clients is professional and kind.
Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Did not return calls - after several requests - to schedule an appointment. Really wanted to try them. Business must be good to ignore customers so rudely. Would have given no stars if this rating allowed.
Melody did my hair (dye, streaks and cut) for the first time this past week. She had been highly recommended by friends and I was not disappointed. Due to my busy schedule, Melody went above and beyond the call in order to fit me in even though it meant she would be leaving work late. Melody is extremely personable and highly professional and I would happily recommend her. I have already booked my next appointment. Cheers Sue
Rosie is fantastic, and always does an excellent job with highlights and cut. Highly recommend!
Rosie made me feel so beautiful! This is the only place I would get my hair done! :) And they are always busy. So you know that means they're good! ;)
