The staff are friendly, lovely people. The management has done them an injustice. The training has been overlooked in all aspects from administrating at the front desk to the qualifications of the therapists. Poor scheduling, lack of personal interaction between therapist and patient. Due to the substandard and insufficient treatment I’ve not recovered quickly and scar tissue has grown around the joint. Terrible experience with Swapna the Physiotherapist from the get go. After a follow up appointment from my foot surgery, I went to her right after I had received crutches from the fracture clinic that were not adjusted to my height properly. When I asked Swapna to help me adjust the height for my needs she gave me a strong “No!” with no explanation of why she wouldn’t help me with it other than to say “well you were an OT “ implying I should know how to adjust the height of them.
