My physio Neha Sultana, was amazing as she was clear in describing and explaining the exercises for my knee injury. She also adjusts the pace of exercises based on the patients progress which really helps in staying consistent with the recommended exercises. If considering this Lifemark location, would suggest to specifically ask for her.
Mohit and Melanie were both terrific. I highly recommend them for physio after a hip replacement. Pat
Neha’s manual release work made a noticeable difference right away. Super knowledgeable, super helpful, and great results fast.
Unprofessional reception - cancels appointments without notifying patient. Rude and combative attitude instead of acknowledging their error and apologizing!! Edit 1: I have emailed mgmt with details as requested. Edit 2: Despite a very rocky start, my concerns as described re: reception were acknowledged by management and proactive steps have been taken to address issues so that future clients do not experience the same situation.
