I came out of 1 week of hospital followed by 3 weeks of physiotherapy as an in- patient. I was advised to have physiothetapy follow up for my core. I chose an Ohip supported clinic…LifeMark in the Lawrence Plaza. At first I was skeptilal thinking that because it was covered by Ohip that it would be inferior to a private clinic. I was pleasantly surprised! The clinic itself is very spacious with many treatment rooms.
