I reside here & I love it. Excellent location & brilliant builders. Just moved in. Great purchase & friendly management team who ensure the property grounds & maintenance of apartments match expectations.
I extremely disappointed this Japanese company. I purchased melrosepark stage 2 outside view and now they bullied stage 4 just front of our windows. We no more privacy, we have to always window cover for protection our private just like jail ! I do not understand how they designed this way ? We just lost out view and privacy. Stage 4 way too much close. I never buy this company property again !
