Mark Melrose was willing to tackle a lawsuit that others would not touch. He was a pleasure to work with, professional, and handled the case with skill and finesse. My wife and I experience on of the worse times of our lives when we hired a home builder to help us build our retirement home here in the mountains. Mark Melrose is literally the nicest attorney I have ever known. He hasn't represented me because he doesn't handle my type of case. However, he promptly and compassionately answered my email. He also made recommendations of other law firms and other attorneys. I have emailed and/or left messages for approximately 10 other attorneys who never responded. So he gets a 10plus plus plus. He definitely would be my choice.
