I just want to start off by saying we are so grateful we found Melrose law and we knew they were the right fit after our first meeting. Mark was great to talk to, work with, & was down to earth and caring and very knowledgeable. Ariel was extremely attentive, helpful, kind, funny and quick to handle and take care of every situation that arose. They are on it! They listen to your request and they care! They work very hard to help fight for you and your family! I cannot recommend them enough!
Was in need of an honest attorney in the immediate Waynesville area who might be able to assist with several legal issues. After contacting Melrose Law firm and explaining my concerns, they politely informed me they could refer me to another firm that could help. Needed an attorney to right the wrongs causing severe disability. These peeps refused to even give me a consultation. This was for Medical Malpractice (not SSDI). They said they had enough of those cases & could not take mine.... & yes, I did contact these people who just brushed me off so the response to my review is a LIE.
I can’t say enough good things about Melrose Law offices. Mark and Brandy both came to see me in the hospital and immediately made me feel at ease. I remember Mark saying to me just relax and heal and let me do my job. Throughout the long months of recovery I texted and chatted with Brandy and used her as a support person.
