This building is managed by a company, you will never find out who the real owners are. I was a 11-month residence, the building looks good outside, the landscape is not kept-up. I complained after living there 2-months about a draft in windows, I lived on the 5th floor, it was cold and the heat did not stop the draft, I was very uncomfortable.
