It's a plague of stupidity which has infected the public with regard to driving while texting. This is a dangerous and maddening epidemic of plain stupidity (I have now been the unhappy recipient off two major texting-related accidents). But, today on I-94, over the course of many miles between Sauk Center and Melrose, the driver of Melrose Ambulance #541, around 3pm, Labor Day Sept 3, 2018, didn't even try to hide his double-handed texting, while he drove with his fore-arms and his thumbs clacking away.
