My favorite store since i was in Highschool years! Still continue to shop there, they have great prices and great fashion also for my family!
Took my daughter to find some shoes and got the best customer service by an employee, her name is Abby. She knew her job and did it with a smile SUCH A GOOD JOB SHE DID WE END IP TAKING 2 PAIRS!
Excellent customer service and good prices, but the 20 year-old incandescent lighting and the suffocating heat within the store make it feel as if you're walking into a sauna. Management should definitely look into their air conditioning units as it is the hottest store in all of Bassett Mall and makes your shopping experience very unpleasant.
