Took my daughter to find some shoes and got the best customer service by an employee, her name is Abby. She knew her job and did it with a smile SUCH A GOOD JOB SHE DID WE END IP TAKING 2 PAIRS!
Excellent customer service and good prices, but the 20 year-old incandescent lighting and the suffocating heat within the store make it feel as if you're walking into a sauna. Management should definitely look into their air conditioning units as it is the hottest store in all of Bassett Mall and makes your shopping experience very unpleasant.
